Did I complete the registration?
Once you have completed the registration, a page of verification will show up. Thus, Boco will confirm your account and username. Please take note of your account details.
Boco consider that you might be using a public computer access, due to privacy reasons, Boco will not verify your password on this page.
An account verification notice of your registered account and password will be send to your secondary email (non-Boco email) that you have left during registration. Please remember your password.

Forgot your registered details?
We apologize that Boco does not support users to check their account details.
Reminder! Once you have submitted your account details, your ID number, birthday and secret question and answer cannot be changed. The customer center will also not be able to find this information.
Therefore, we advice you to keep a note of your account details. Should you need to change a password in the future, you need the correct details to process.

Do students need to prepare any software?
For IT (Information Technology) - Software operating classes, we use web teaching materials as “Anime step-by-step analysis” and “ Operating Model”. Students do not have to prepare their own software. We provide web pages unlike the html or txt content to increase learning effect.

How to register my password?
Please follow the Password regulation otherwise it will be denied by our customer center.
Your password must be between 6-20 letters, numbers or symbols. Your password should be a combination of letters and numbers. There should not be a space , 、「"」and「&」。 in your password.
Your password may not be the same as your registered name, answer to your secret question and your password.
Your password may not be repeated for more than three letters of your username.
Your new password may not be the same as your old one, and it must be a combination of letters and numbers.
